Youth Entering 8th Grade - 2020 High School Graduates
EARLY registration rate of $125/person for those registering on or before June 1. After June 1, registration cost is $150/person

In the event of an emergency, and I cannot be reached, I give permission to the physician selected by the Arkansas-Oklahoma Synod LYO Adult Leaders to give necessary medical treatment to the person listed above.
