This year Peace is blessed to host the WELCA spring gathering. The theme for our Bible Study is Deeply Rooted and comes to us inspired by Ephesians 3:17 “Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong.” (NLT)
We will gather on March 28 in the fellowship hall starting about 9:30 AM with refreshments and then around 9:30 go into our Bible Study, hear a little about the ministry of WELCA in our synod and beyond and close with fellowship, lunch and worship. There is no registration fee. A free will offering will be collected for lunch. We are asking for thank-offerings for Oaks Indian Mission and in kind gifts to Oaks of Laundry Baskets, Clothes Hampers, Laundry Detergent, Scent Boosters, Disinfecting Unscented Bleach.
